A Different Approach
to Expert Witness Training
Recent years have seen increasing judicial criticism of expert evidence, including criticism of highly experienced practitioners who have failed to meet the standards expected by the courts.
We believe this presents an important opportunity for reflection and improvement.
Our training goes beyond compliance. We focus on developing critical thinking, professional rigour and best practice. Through interactive sessions and, on occasion, practical mock examples, delegates gain a deeper understanding of what makes expert evidence objective, reliable and persuasive.
Our approach is different. We bring together the perspectives of the professionals who work with expert witnesses at every stage of a case, providing a full understanding of the expert’s role throughout the litigation journey.
